Heavyweight Boxing: Chisora v Klitschko

Vitali Klitschko and his brother have dominated the heavyweight boxing scene for a while and its actually getting a little boring watching them win (almost) every fight for the past 10 years. Dereck Chisora a 28-year-old British trash-talking heavyweight gets his chance to end the winning streak on Saturday in Germany.

Chisora is a massive under-dog in this fight and you’d only be one of two things to bet against Klitschko defeating him on Saturday which is 1.Crazy or 2. Brave.

They are a couple of things that are on the Brit’s side namely his age: Klitschko is 41 years old and he is getting old. The second one is Vitali planning to retire. Usually when someone plans to retire it means that they don’t have the desire that they once had and he might be complacent.

But honestly I don’t see Chisora doing any damage to Klitschko I’m not a heavyweight boxing fan I’m more of a middleweight, welterweight boxing type of guy so I hope this fight isn’t as disappointing as the 5 previous heavyweight fights I’ve watched.

Live coverage of the tournament starts at 9:50 pm (SA, CAT, GMT+2) on SS 2 on DStv.
