Powerlines fc 0-24 Sundowns. Is this really the gap between PSL and SAB League sides?

Mamelodi Sundowns ran riot on poor Northern Cape side Powerlines fc by putting an unprecedented 24 goals past them on Sunday afternoon.

The result bettered two 16-0 victories by Durban club AmaZulu in 1976 and 1986, both of which came in the cup.

Amazingly some people found the positives about this result... huh? Yes some say that it was a good experience for the Powerlines players… word? Some say it was great professionalism shown by Sundowns  and more teams should learn from that… bleh?

You must be joking. 24 goals in 90 minutes is like a goal every 3.8 minutes is this the gap between the top sides and the teams in the fourth-tier of South Africa Football?

If the answer is yes then South African Football has a real problem on their hands if the answer is no then Powerlines are a dreadful team.
